I love to make you look beautiful or cool or crazy – to show who you are rather than just what you look like. And in wedding photography, I want the images to reveal how much in love with each other you are. There’s a difference between merely taking a photo and capturing the essence of the individual or couple. Any one can push a button on a camera, but at Arlund Imagery photography is an art form.

I love working with Nina and Alex. Their dresses are so elegant and fun and the models love being in them. Anna wore out the streets of Nashville.
I hope you all like these. This is part of a series I am working on for a possible show later this summer featuring Nina’s designs.
Wow, what a cool concept Jen had. She wanted to have a photo that showed a lot of personalities. We got together and talked about what we could do. So a cool bathroom provided by Play in Nashville (thanks Oscar) and a lot of clothing changes and this is what we came up with. Her sitting on the bathroom floor with versions of her in the mirror.

This is the band of one of my best friends, Hunter. He is the lead singer for November. I love their style and wanted to create something that captured their intensity. Here are a couple of the photos from that session.
We had some down time the other day so I asked Katie, my assistant to take some photos of Lach. I am a typical parent and HAVE to show off photos of my son.
Weddings are getting close and I have had quite a few engagement sessions. We all decided to do these in downtown Nashville. I like to start couples off at the studio, have a glass of wine or a beer to loosen up and then work our way downtown. Next month will bring a bunch of bridal shots.
Here are the last four sessions.
This is my assistant Katie, who made her man take pictures hours before his final presentation for college. He was pretty nervous. I think they turned out pretty cool. We are hoping to do some more photos soon despite the crazy weather we are having.
